I have not been baking for a long time. So for the Chinese New Year 2012, I decided to start baking again. I made 2 biscuits this year. The Dragon biscuit & Cornflakes biscuits. I got the recipes from a baking book that I bought a few years back. Actually, this is not the first time that I made the Dragon Biscuits. I think this is the third time......
I think it's not bad. Actually, the dragons should be smaller but I bought a large star nozzle (that time, I couldn't find a small one). So I have large dragons or snakes (as some friends said it looks more like snakes). Also as I'm lazy, it save time pressing out the dragons and my niece help with the eyes.
